You install Audiescreen on as many screens as you like and use it in full for 30 days — lockdown templates, zoning, scheduling, translation and read status all included. A card or purchase order is needed to set the trial up, but nothing is charged for 30 days and you can cancel at any point before then. If you continue, your setup and zones carry straight over.
No. Audiescreen is software. You download it from the Audiebant Control portal and install it on the computers, laptops and interactive whiteboards your school already owns — no screens to mount, no cabling, no server and no engineer visit. Most primary schools are up and running the same day.
Yes. You set the trial up with either a card or a purchase order on 30-day invoice terms, which suits most school and trust finance processes. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Only when you pay. Annual is one payment of £1,204.50; monthly is twelve payments of £100.38. The total for the year is the same and neither option costs more than the other.
No. It is a single whole-school licence, not a per-screen one, so adding another classroom PC or whiteboard later costs nothing.
No, but it covers one specific part of it. The Act asks for documented procedures covering evacuation, invacuation, lockdown and communication. Audiescreen is built for the communication procedure. Your procedures, staff training and responsible person still sit with your governing body or trust board.
Install it, run a drill, see the read status. Nothing is charged for 30 days, and you can cancel any time.
